Always One Step Above and Beyond

To Whom It May Concern,

Each year our organization hosts one of the largest pilgrimages on Divine Mercy Sunday. Twenty thousand plus pilgrims come to our property over a 2-day event. We spend months preparing for it. I am Jennifer M. Smith, the Manager of the Divine Mercy Gift Shop. We are a gift shop that relocates its merchandise (75,000 items) to a 160x160 tent for 2 days. In addition, we have a 60x80 tent with 16 cash registers. This year, once again, our One Step Implementation Specialist made this event possible. He arrived the Thursday before the event. In 2 days, he set up the 16 registers, with credit card machines, printers, scanner, and more. Any issues he came across, he had multiple solutions to fix them. He was there with us for each and every transaction.

Across the two-day event, we had almost 4,500 transactions. Any and every question we had, our Implementation Specialist knew the answer. He worked right along the side of my staff and many of the volunteers who never had run a cash register. His calm and logical method of teaching is truly and greatly appreciated by all. There is a lot of work that I have to do for this event and to have him there alleviates any of my computer/technical concerns for the weekend. I can’t speak highly enough of our partner One Step Retail Solutions.

Sincerely,
Jennifer M. Smith
