To Whom It May Concern:

I’m the Retail Manager for Lodge Cast Iron Manufacturing and we have been using our old retail software solution for a few years. This year we decided to use the Teamwork Retail’s Cloud solution as a replacement solution and chose One Step Retail Solutions as our implementation specialists.

We decided on Teamwork Retail because we were looking for a cloud-based solution with Dashboard and Web Reporting/Analytics, an EMV compliant payment integration, Visual Allocation to simplify ordering, and Send Sale/Ship Memo functionality along with Shopper Display capability.

The One Step Project Manager oversaw the implementation and had the project completed on time and within budget.

We had 15-minute daily calls as well as weekly project meetings to make sure the project stayed on track, on time and on budget. The project went well and even though we ran into some issues, they were handled quickly and efficiently by One Step. One Step understood our goals and met
those goals with high-quality service. The project was completed to my satisfaction and on time with a smooth go-live process!

Overall, I enjoyed working with all the various departments of One Step that I came into contact with during the course of the project and found them to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly and motivated.

I’m happy with the high quality of work OSRS provided and I would highly recommend them.
