After your sales process is complete, your implementation starts. We will begin working in the background to hand off all the details of your project to your project manager and implementation team for planning. Although you don’t see what is happening, this is a very important step to a successful roll-out.

Step by step

Onboarding begins with your implementation meeting. In this meeting, we will review your project, create a team, and work together to make sure that we are all on the same page, meeting expectations. You will also learn what to expect during the implementation, who to contact, and schedule your project start.

During implementation, we will help you assess your business by sharing industry best practices that can increase your success and train you on how to use your new technologies to help you improve your business by unifying shopping channels, streamlining operational efficiencies, enhancing the customer experience, and more.

After your systems are implemented, you will transition to our customer success team. Here, you will get assistance to identify and plan for future goals, have questions answered that come up after implementation, and ensure you are getting the most out of your new solution.

Support is accessible via phone, email, customer portal, or online form to help solve system issues or questions that may arise, such as, error messages, simple how-to’s, and more. A knowledge base is also available on our website for self-directed help, too. Learn more about our support, here.

Each year you will have the opportunity to consult with one of our experts about the current state of your business, what you are looking to accomplish in the next year and any additional assistance you need from us. We will also share with you the latest industry trends and how One Step’s newest technologies and services can help you forge ahead.
